Solid cutter machining technology Capable of processing solid cutting tools including grinding heads, drills and milling cutters. Our femtosecond laser can fabricate micro-drills as tiny as 0.08mm.

 

Self-developed 5-axis synchronous precision motion technology Adopting full closed-loop transmission and marble machine bed, it achieves positioning accuracy of ±2μm. Rough and finish machining of cutters can be finished in a single clamping, suitable for all types of special-shaped superhard cutters.
