1. Pre-delivery & On-site Full Training System

Before machine delivery, customers will be invited to our factory for a 1–2 weeks preliminary hands-on training . Machines will only be shipped after training completion. After the equipment arrives at customer’s workshop and installation finishes, our commissioning engineers will deliver on-site machine operation training for customer staff.

Once the machine is fully installed at the customer’s facility, our processing technicians will conduct complete equipment commissioning on-site and provide around 1 week of follow-up consolidation training

Our technicians will leave the site only after stable and error-free mass production is fully achieved at the customer’s side. This phase also serves as re-training for the customer’s technical team.

2. Remote & On-site After-sales Troubleshooting Support

If customers encounter any malfunctions during machine operation, they can utilize wireless remote control to operate the machine’s control system for rapid fault diagnosis, greatly cutting down problem-solving time. If the issue cannot be resolved via phone consultation or remote access, we will arrange professional technicians to visit the customer’s site within two working days for on-site repair and debugging.
